«Muñeca» ist ein experimenteller Fashion-Horror-Film, der die dunklen Abgründe menschlicher Emotionen und Beziehungen erkundet. Als Gemeinschaftsproduktion von Visualize Production und Guave Motion habe ich die Regie, Kamera, Schnitt und Sound Design übernommen.
Der Film stellt ein komplexes Geflecht aus Wünschen, Ängsten, Manipulation und tierischen Instinkten dar. Er taucht tief in das Bewusstsein der Hauptfigur ein, die zwischen ihrem eigenen unterbewussten Begehren und den sadistischen Manipulationen eines Egomanen gefangen ist. Sie wird zur menschlichen Marionette, einer «Muñeca», und muss sich mit ihren innersten Ängsten und Wünschen auseinandersetzen.
Der Film versetzt die Zuschauer in einen Zustand zwischen Traum und Wirklichkeit, um die Grenzen menschlicher Leidenschaften und Abgründe auszuloten. Eine junge, schöne Frau sucht einen Ausweg aus ihrer eigenen Psyche und dem dunklen Sog aus Angst und Demütigung. Es bleibt die Frage: Was ist real, und was ist Einbildung? Schafft sie es, diesem gefährlichen Strudel der Emotionen zu entkommen?
